To ensure you have the best and most impactful session,
please help us set the perfect container for energy flow:
Cameras are to remain on for the full duration of the session.
There are no exceptions. We want to insure your safety.
In addition, it helps us connect with you.
Tech Setup (Full View Requirement): Please set up your camera so that we can see your full body, from head to toe, when you are lying down. Please ensure you are not so far away that you become difficult to see. Turn off any background blur or images as participants may become invisible during session leading us to believe the camera is off. It is imperative that cameras remain on for the full duration so we can monitor your safely.
Test and adjust any sound equipment before hand. AS this is partially a sound and musical journey as well, you will want to have the best sound experience possible.
Creating Your Sanctuary:
Please secure a quiet, undisturbed space where you can completely relax.
Prepare your space at least 15m ahead of time.
Punctuality is imperative. We will open zoom 5m before session
We will and close access 10m after to maintain the sanctity of the sacred container.
Lighting & Clarity: Please position yourself in a space with plenty of natural or artificial light. This allows us to clearly observe the subtle energy shifts during the session.
Optimal Energy Flow (Warmth): It is vital that your body is warm and comfortable for energy to flow freely. Consider turning your heating on a few hours before our session so your room is comfortably warm. Keep a light blanket nearby should the need arise.
Comfort: We suggest laying down on a surface that is softer than a bare yoga mat
(e.g., a yoga mat plus a soft blanket or rug) for maximum comfort and relaxation.
We also find that eye masks help participants have a deeper experience.
Cleansing Your Space: If you use them, Consider burning natural incense or sage before our call to cleanse and purify the energy of your room.
Do what feels right to make your space feel clean and sacred AHEAD of time.
