Participants lie down comfortably on a yoga mat. Background music plays while you surrender to the energy.
Facilitators will be holding a comprehensive stimulating healing energetic field, allowing participants to connect and resonant in unison.
Facilitators will also be sharing light language interspersed with the activation to deepen the experience.
Spontaneous movements can and do arise such as mudras and yoga poses.
Some people laugh, cry, or have visuals, deep realizations, communications from thier higher self, guides, beings and/or source directly.
Surrender is a learned process. It is a state of deep relaxation, observing and allowing all experience to show up and occur.
Akin to a yawn, one does not think about the yawn. One will feel the sensation come upon them and surrender into the sensations and movements. Allowing it to occur. Another example would be relaxing to sleep, One does not think about sleeping. One merely relaxes and lets the situation occur.
For each person, the experience can be different based on unique needs and openness.
For some people it may feel like a physical workout in the beginning which in itself can be healing.
Refrain from drinking alcohol, smoking, or using any substances for a few days before and after the session.
Avoid heavy foods at least 3 hours before the session.
If possible avoid eating 3 hours before the session. It is best to eat light on the day you are receiving the energy.
No drinking, caffeine, drugs, or smoking on the day of or the day before.
Many seasoned participants will start eating lighter the day before a session, allowing full effect of the energy to be felt.
If need be, a very light meal for breakfast (live fruits and/or live veggies, vegetable/fruit smoothie or extracted juice.)
Wear loose comfortable clothes that you feel free to move in, Have blanket Near By. If possible a comfortable eye mask helps participants to dive deeper.
Position your camera in a mode that allows the facilitators to see your body to insure you are safe.
We require camera's to be on for the whole experience.
Test and adjust any Bluetooth headphones or speaker before the session.
We would love for you to have a fully encompassing and immersed experience with the guidance, music and light language.
A potential profound rewiring of the brain structure and the central nervous system can occur over time with continuous exposure.
